Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Ecom360 platform (the "Service"), operated by Semicolon Digital Ltd ("Ecom360", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

2. The Service

Ecom360 provides tools to manage e-commerce advertising, product listings, inventory, and analytics across connected third-party platforms (including Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, Google Analytics, Amazon, Meta, TikTok, and Shopify). Your use of each connected platform is also subject to that platform's own terms.

3. Accounts & connected platforms

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. When you authorize Ecom360 to connect to a third-party platform, you grant us permission to access and act on that platform on your behalf, limited to the scopes you approve. You may revoke any connection at any time.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access data that is not yours, interfering with the Service's operation, or using it to violate any applicable law or any connected platform's policies.

5. Data

Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data. Actions taken through the Service (such as changing campaign budgets or publishing listings) are taken at your direction and on your authority.

6. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ecom360 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for advertising spend, lost profits, or other losses arising from your use of the Service or from actions taken through connected platforms.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service or other users.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
